Updated Dividend Stock Pre-Screen Model
In January 2008 I released my Dividend Stock Pre-Screen Model. Since then I’ve modified the model to calculate a target price based on a back-solved yield needed to generate a specified NPV of MMA Differential. The target price is located in cell C9.
